Policies

In order to provide clear guidelines on how we manage quality throughout the S R Nicholas Group of Companies, we have developed a Quality Management System which is designed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015, and provides a framework for commitment to statute and other requirements, including amongst others, the Republic of Malawi Occupational Safety, Health and Welfare Act 1997 and The Environmental Management Act 1996.

Through regular communication with our employees, clients and supply chain on quality issues, and by acting on their feedback, as well as the regular review of this policy and the implementation of the Quality Management System at management review meetings, we are able to continuously improve what we do, which we believe is to the benefit of everyone involved.

To achieve this objective we try to ensure that our aims are communicated through each section of the business and that the objectives and targets are established, carefully monitored, understood and measured for all divisions and departments.

The continuous improvement of our processes and people is fundamental to our success, and backs up the S R Nicholas Mission Statement, which is “To promote best practice in the construction industry and to create superior value for our clients and employees”.
